Regarding the establishment of the quota of foreign workers newly admitted to the labor market in 2022
Pursuant to art. 108 of the Romanian Constitution, republished and of art. 29 para. (1) from Government Ordinance no. 25/2014 regarding the employment and secondment of foreigners on the territory of Romania and for the modification and completion of some normative acts regarding the regime of foreigners in Romania, FIRST – MINISTER approved by Law no. 14/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, Florin – Vasile CÚTU DECISION The Government of Romania adopts this decision.
