Sales & Recruitment Officer

  • Job Context

    • Find new clients. Achieve monthly targets. You will manage client database and tools.You will grow and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.You will answer general phone calls and inform the Companies about our services in a polite, informative and innovative manner.You will deal with social media and job portals for recruitment matters.

  • Job Responsibility

    • You should have university degree in HR, Economics, Marketing, Sales or relevant.
    • if candidate have driving license will get preference.
    • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in Recruitment Agency.
    • Experience in HR Management may be advantageous.
    • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
    • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
    • The ability to work under pressure.
    • Answering client’s questions in a professional manner.
    • Good English both written and spoken
    • Flexible to take up business trips
    • Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
    • candidate age must be 28 to 35.

  • Educational Requirement

    Bachelor / Masters in any discipline preferably in Marketing

  • Experience Requirement
