  • Job Responsibility

    • You will ensure the physical management of merchandise stocks;
    • You will file all supporting documents related to the stocks you will manage;
    • You will carry out monthly and whenever necessary inventories of merchandise stocks;
    • You will actively participate in the operations of loading/unloading the goods;
    • You will report to your superior all inconsistencies between physical stocks and written stocks;
    • You will promptly provide information about the managed stocks to all departments that will request this;
    • You will label the existing products in stock but also the new products;
    • You will carefully check all the customs documents when entering the NIRs and you will report all the inconsistencies that you will identify;
    • You will carry out goods transfers from the central stock to sub-stocks and returns;
    • You will carefully follow the completion of tax documents by clients;
    • Will actively participate in the handling of the goods (loaded/unloaded)
    • People with professional experience as a Manager have a real advantage

  • Educational Requirement

    • High school graduate, with a baccalaureate diploma - agricultural high school preferred;
    • Professional experience of at least 2 years as a manager

  • Experience Requirement

    • MS Office operating knowledge;
    • Minimum knowledge of primary accounting;
    • Knowledge of stock management legislation;
    • Knowledge of import/export operations and customs operations;
    • Ability to quickly assimilate information;
    • Communicative person;
    • Attention to detail;
    • Good skills in organizing one's own professional activity
