Hotel Receptionist

Job Context

We are recruiting Hotel Receptionist, in Timisoara. We are urgently hiring a
Quality in Charge for a well-known 3 Star Hotel.
Job Responsibility

• Taking over and recording reservations made at the hotel reception or
telephone reservations;
• Reception and accommodation of clients;
• Transmission to clients of the details related to the location of the room, the
hours for serving breakfast;
Carrying out the formalities when tourists leave the hotel, from the registration
of specific consumption per room, to the making of invoices until the effective
collection of the service value;
Efficient solution of all tourists' requests;
Registration and operation in electronic systems of online reservations;
Is responsible for the correct collection of the consideration for hotel services;
Responsible for security and order inside the hotel;
Educational Requirement

Diploma in Hotel Management
Experience Requirement

Knowledge of the hotel management program,
As well as a second foreign language is an advantage,
English is mandatory.
