Telesales Executive

  • Job Context

    We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

    An effective Telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

    The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

  • Job Responsibility

      • Contact current and potential clients in order to sell products and services according to the planned campaigns;
      • Contact clients or potential clients in order to carry out the contracts well and to do upselling;
      • Provides customers with information about the services provided by the company, both by phone and during business meetings;
      • Keep in touch with the other departments at the head office in the city of Ploiești to find solutions that meet the needs of customers;
      • Comply with all department/company policies and procedures;
      • Provide customers with updated information on the status of the company's services on a regular basis; Drafts and signs service contracts with the company's clients;
      • Maintain good records of service contracts and closely follow the course of the services provided to ensure their smooth performance.

  • Experience Requirement

    • Experience in sales, persuasion and commercial spirit;
    • Friendly nature (the smile can be felt over the phone);
    • Fluent in English;
    • PC knowledge;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Romanian;
    • High level of attention to detail;
    • The ability to manage difficult situations;
    • Stress resistance, adaptability, efficiency;
    • Willingness to work in a long-term team;
    • Excellent negotiation skills;
    • Legal studies are an advantage.
