    MEPA.RO Recruitment team is growing! We are currently searching for HR and
    Administrator Specialist to join a growing and fast-paced company and to be part of the Excellent
    team.
    You will be working as a HR and Administrator Specialist to build new employee for MEPA. and
    achieve monthly targets. You will grow and maintain relationships with new and existing
    employee. You will manage employee databases and tools.

    What we expect:
    Previous experience (2-3+ years) as HR admin;.
    Good knowledge of Romanian labor law;
    Romanian language – mandatory;
    Fluent both spoken and written English.
    will be considered an advantage;
    Availability for a full-time position, covering Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 18:00
    Excellent communication skills
    Good usage of different recruiting strategies
    Problem-solving abilities, well-organized and flexible person
    Excellent team player, goal-oriented person Great ability to work under pressure

  • Job Responsibility

    These will be the main objectives and areas of responsibility:
    In charge of creating and registering all employment related documents: employment contract, addendums, job description, termination documents, maternity leaves, requested certificates etc. as per current legislation and company policies;
    Provide guidance and support to employees on administrative employee issues;
    Resolves routine HR requests and/or escalates them as needed;
    Creating, organizing, maintaining up to date and archiving personnel records;
    Update Charisma with requested info (employee related and cost centers) and provide different reports from the database;
    Provide payroll department with information and employee documents;
    Verifications of documents and database accuracy;
    Handles relation with IGI and ITM;
    candidate age must be 28 to 35.

    Responsibilities:
    Experience in working with IGI (immigration office);
    Previous HR work experience in a company with 100+ employees;
    Attention to detail and accuracy, highly organized;
    High accountability;
    Ability to work on own initiative and also contribute in a team environment.
